cheap cheats, he even shots randomly nowhere with rail to not get 100% acc, shots that even hard can't do it

i cant force people to be skilled in cheat checking, though i dont get why some cant see such obvious things. (for example a simply railjumpscript)
i just can suggest froggy to learn it so he can stay being a good ref as he always was used to be.
bio was informed about d1s ages ago though and we could blame tons of people for not doing this and that, but bio is the only one who really has to care since d1s is member of a clan he leads (need to check out other dvinsk leaders).
i can be blamed a bit too for forgetting to check up this case and overseeing him playing, but as u all know and cant refuse to admit (even shady and asc and all other people who dislike me) , im trying my best against cheaters (inhuman gaming).

dont worry ill. yestarday i noticed that d1s made some very strange shots, but since i didnt know who is he i coudnt say anything. Even if i would said anything i couldnt do anything, i hadnt have ref or rcon password so coundnt force him to spec, kick or ban him
