[Fixed] Missing radio chats

1. teamsounds don't work (roger!)
2. enemy jumpsound is played AFTER a frag causing confusion (can someone verify this so it isn't my s_ values?)
3. Shotgun trails disappeared some version ago (config based?)

i agree, we need these bind, especially roger.
i use it, it give me power Winking
its not the same without it...and i think its not so hard to put it back Winking

there are some people who like voice team chat. its funny for us .. dont be so serious.. Tavoo is right.. the game will be (already) boring without it. Btw it doesnt make any problems in game. Someone who doesnt want to hear that or think that its annoying always can do this -->xp_novoicechat "1" & xp_noradiochat "1"
so... I dont see the real reason why we can't use it now in new mod
