Well if pope did some religious thing wrong then youd have to know the bible, but if he murdered a person in cold blood, they you wouldnt, youd need to know the law of the land, and wether murder is acceptable.

The reson im doing this is cause in your arrogance you are curently really putting Mow in a bad position, and hes one of the members in this community i have really big respect for. Sad thing is, you also almost dragged Trance and Hq in too...

The way I see it is its her server (or freinds), so she should be allowed to do whatever she wants. If you don't approve of how she admins, then just don't go there,

Im not saying it gives you the right to cheat. As she said, she was just testing it. I could see if she was the one winning, then got kicked, yeah I would be pissed, but she wasn't.
I know if I got kicked from my own server and people wanted something to happen to me because of it (sanction), I would tell them to STFU too.

I usually don't take part in these conversations, but this time i choose my side. I stand beside Tina. She has done so much work detecting cheaters that there are propably only 1-3 ppl in this community who has done the same. But does that give her a permission to cheat? Of course not. But i think she did not cheat.
I think Mow did good post about that pb kick. It was a md5tool mismatch. So a cheat dll in her game directory. That does not mean she used them against N1te. And i think almost everyone did know beforehand that she tests lots of cheats to be able to detect them. At least i did.
To test cheats in same installation she uses in gaming is maybe a mistake and result is this 8 page conversation about is she cheating or not.
About her language. I agree with most of u and that was bad language. That is to my opinion only thing she maybe should apologize. And maybe her answer should have became sooner. But I forgive her that.
Well, cheating is a big shadow over this community and I wan't to say once more that I don't approve it and it is good that we have many ppl to detect cheaters. This time I just don't belive we catched a cheater.

I am not going against u here. This thread was actually your duty, if u were sure that she cheated. And also i have to say that u sometimes had very bad mouth too, but to ban u for it was not right to my opinion.

hmm Hey all....i read lika all posts and first i wanna say to Trax and bodz and all you who talk about the ED-EN war...sure ED side are correct about my lags and that is very possible reason for there loss but its EDs responsibility to make surer they have 5 players...and im CO leader of ED so this was really all my fault and i said it before and apologized for it.
So i made the stupid shit EN indeed followed that by playing undair but its still my fault and I deserved it but not ED...so im veyr sorry once again...lets just hope they guve us a REAL fight some day....
But now to what is really this topic... Lady[EN] admin on many servers will not speak about the reason cause there probably is none...she has friends and "enemys" in q3 like everyone here....she is like eveyrone else...expet one thing...she is an Admin...and because she is like eveetone else...she....SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE ANY OTHER PLAYER THAT WERE CAUGHT IN THAT SITUATION...but with more strict punishment cause she has responsitibility as an admin. Sure like mowli for example sais she has done great things agains cheating...but she also made many stupid bans on E+ which you already know most of them...
so i wanna..just like mike and green see some justice here....in my eyes Lady should have been banned after the first Arguemnts against here. becuase if that were me and not LAdy i would have been banned before i could connect to server again.
so stop this pitiful mercy,..and start some Justice;)
PS. I really like lady as a person and i think its unbeleiveble that/if she has done this. but the arguments would have been enough to ban me or any other player...so it should be the same for her.

Well for one thing, she shouldnt get banned this time. But, now she knows better than to install cheats in her own playing copy of q3. So, imo, there should be no third chance.
Evidence is good, but, the cheat wasnt loaded, it was only in the directory.

What on earth do previous bans issued by [EN]lady have to do with this case? I don't get it. You're asking she is banned based on uncertain circumstances because of other things she does that you don't agree with?
I don't know much about Lady, but from what I'm reading here it seems like she is clean and some people are trying to squeeze malice into a fairly clear cut situation of simple human error, because they don't like her. It's possible she's issued some unfair bans or has a difficult character (I seriously wouldn't know as I've never really crossed her way), but that's completely off topic and belongs in a different thread.
So she tests cheats to improve detection, and forgets to delete a file once and gets an 8 page thread. N1te handled absolutely correctly in reporting, but those who are still arguing now seem to have missed half of the thread or just refuse to accept that there is no issue here.

Just a side note, it is a lie that you have to install bots to know what cvars to add, you just need to dowload the cheat and read the .nfo file it describes every cvar and how to configure it, that's the way i get my cvars list for NWC servers, jst by downloading and reading the .nfos files without need of installing that crap.
If it was someone else that person would be already banned from every server, but as it happens in many situations of real life it is eviden't that law and rules are only enfroced based in the power and position that you have on the comunity, on this case people that knows her are the ones in postion to make a decission and they just choose to ignore it.

In fact u understood me Green ... By creating this topic, I never really wanted to get a revenge or make troubles to lady, Ii just wanted some justice...
As I said many times, people got banned for less, without any explanation, only a screenie.
I 'm banned since 2 month because when someone lame or spam, I got too much pissed and angry then I talk bad
. When you think a little about it my ban it's so big compared to cheaters who use bot and hack and destroyed the background of the game. For me it's not fair to let her go without any sanction and letting me banned like this...someone who made an error with cheat get no problem and me I talked to much and I don't know how much time my ban will still active.
Lady really don't care what all of you could write here, she doesn't pay any attention to you if you are not in the "thx" list. As you saw, take a couple of stfu and that's all, she acts same on servers . I would like to take a little unban to play with all my mates on official servers, nothing more...maybe it's too much but seeing once again how she get no warn and no problem with such cheating proof, find where is the justice in this community...
