So it would be up to the server owner to take actions against her, (if she cheated another player). NOT THE COMMUNITY.

She was given admin status for a reason, because they trusted her. Which means the person paying for the server gave her the power. So in conclusion, she makes the rules. It would be up to the server owner to either change the rules or revoke her power.

So yeah, its "virtually" her server. And yeah this topic is going nowhere, because it should have never been started. All issues with that server should be taken up with the server owner, in a Private Message.

@arx didnt dragon just had a problem with his md5 tool? (so he didnt had a cheat on his pc)

So your saying if you jump on someone elses server that they are paying for with there own $$ money $$ for themselves, and they cheat you, you have the right to hit them?

Its there server, payed for by them. It cost nothing to you. So if you suspect someone there will cheat, don't go there, simple as that.
Now if you own a server yourself, then you can make the rules, if not then you have to live by there rules. There are no Q3 cops, .

If she wants to cheat on her own server against other human players, its her call, there is nothing you can do except ban her from your server. Or you could come and whine about it on a forum, .

if in real life u go to frieds home "server" and there he will stold yors mobilphone and money "cheating" will u say to him that he can do in his home evryhing couse it his home or u will smack him in face?

this can be a little bit offtopic now, but i still want to post it here:

first i have to say, i dont want to attack anyone and im not on the side of anyone and i wont take a place in this disscussion.
i disslike this "cheater guessing"... it seems sometimes (i dont say, it is fact) that the most important thing is to find a cheater. (its a problem of our complete society nowdays, not only of this community. everyone is looking to each other what he can do wrong and nobody looks at his selfe first, im not better, but i can say that im trying) i stood infront of curt a few times now (in real life ), dont think that im a criminal person, it was because of other things (money). sadly, it happen in business today.
and when u stand in the witness box without guilty and other ppl try to make u guilty, then it is a DAMN shitty feeling.
i can give examples here, dont want to bore u with the storys. just a short version of one thing: three parties infront of court the state, planing office and us... state ordered wrong things and had to change them... at least they wouldnt pay...
(for ppl who dont know how it works. we write an account to the planing office, they check it and send it to the master orderer (state), and then it will be payed)
now the state gave a reject to the planing office, but someone had to pay. it went forward and backward... the state gave guilty to planing office and they gave back to state. (we got such calls to, totally stupid, we just made what we got in order) last year we run infront of court in the LAST chance.
it is sure it was guilt of state. and guess how it went...
the architect of the planing office got the guilt infront of court. we were lucky, they tried to gave us the guilt too but the judge was on our side since start (just luck, nothing more) and now think how it is for a NORMAL CLERK to pay about 50.000 EURO without any guilt. a nice future can be over directly, maybe he was building his own house in this moment or whatever, then the future IS over. (i bring this excaple because i expirienced it myselfe and it was maybe the worst in this kind of topic)
a game is not important as things like this one BUT, do u want to take responsibility for a wrong judgment when u cant be 100% sure?
it isnt allways the right way to look how many are on this side and how many are on that side or try to get as many ppl as possible on ur side. (that isnt fact too)
nobody is 100% trustable (me inclusive) the state won this war because they came with FIVE good advocators. (it wasnt a thing of who was right or wrong, that isnt possible today, in bureaucracy u have million of ways to f*** someone. law is ridiculous and justice just doesent exist) i want to say that i loose my fun at playing more and more... 2 days ago a friend of me (it is the only friend outside of this community i got to play quake and i was happy to see a known face here) he played for maybe 2 weeks and then i gave him some config tips (just the normal one like enemymodel and so on) then he read manual and changed some things himselfe too (manual of evenbalance.com) came to server and got a pb-kick for the entry: pb_sleep 500
he changed it and came back, suddenly everbody called him cheater (at this point ill greet the guy in my sig) and finally he got banned (at the person who banned him, the thing is cleared out, we talked about and it is no problem, so dont worry, i (he too) dont have any problem with it and this is not a reason to disslike u. )
ppl who are calling someone cheater because they are thinking/guessing or (and this is more bad) because of less knowledge are wrong. its a very hot iron/potato.
i fear that ill land in a similar discussion without guilt. i wouldnt need to fear, if everything go in the right way, because i dont see sence of cheats, i play in my freetime for fun and dont need respect of anyone in this community (i mean, i dont need respect for my skill or something. be respected as a person is an other thing... and btw: respect in RL is the main thing for me. i cant buy things for hitting grafical icons on a screen)

PS: i dont post much here so ill take this chance and say that this is anyway a very nice community, im impressed of the niveau/high-level with so many ppl at the same time. (black sheeps are everywhere, maybe im too)
