now i remember that my pc was turned on for 3 months non stop when i first bought it (downloads and stuff) so maybe that fucked up the psu...
Nah, they're built to run much longer. Servers e.g. are rarely powered down and they go for months.

yep i've shity cheapest 250W psu - 4 years running ~24/7/365 on more machines at home
well my problems are finally solved. They were fair and didnt try to make me buy some other hardware, so i just bought a new motherboard (the pro version of my old one - P5GD1 pro) and i got pissed and bought an Antec powersupply, Phantom 500
GG man,so it works now? Btw nice choice with the PSU,Antec is one of the best.
Oh yeah,and:
(I still aim at graphic card, then PSU)
Chris u must remmebrt about case cooling when u have pasive psu like u Antec Phantom 500. Its veey good psu and i heard about is more good opinion. btw. nice u see u again
Well thre could be several causes. If in case nothing boots up that means the sytems dead, try checking all internal conections are in place (cables, battery(witch stores CMOS info(if this one fell out, you might as well consider bying a new motherboard or reinstalling and reconfiguring thw whole BIOS system, witch isnt exactly easy))etc.) Also check your graphic card is in corectly, because the computer might be actually booting up, but somewhere between the motherboard and the monitor is a faulty conection. If you do boot up, defrag your drive, clean all unecessary files, folders etc.. Make sure you have more than 15% free space on hard drive. Run some tests on ram and the drive. Because you might have some faulty hardware. If the problem is not hardware, then propably either somewhere bad conection or some wrongly installed configured software. If you installed something new or you acquired a virus , its propably the cause. Email my friend , he gave me this info, hes real comp pro.

things just keep on getting better and better for me...Just talked to the guys and they told me the psu had short-cut my mobo, destroying it. And because it was the psu's fault i cannot apply for warranty concerning the motherboard. Also they told me other parts could have been destroyed by that over voltage or whatever, like hdd, gfx card, ram etc. They need to check the rest out.
But tbh, i never trust those service guys, they could tell me that everything got crashed so i have to buy all this new hardware like new hdd, ram, gfx card etc. Isn't their interest to sell stuff? And i cant check them so what im gonna do, is go there take my pc, buy a new psu and test it maybe not even the motherboard is broken, and if that aint gonna solve my problem im gonna buy a new motherboard aswell. And in the end if that aint gonna work either im just gonna piss on the whole pc and make it meet my best friend the hammer...
so freakin stressing all this shit
