Make more freeze cups and tournaments (like mini freeze cup), make a clan cup every year(like the national team cup):involves all the community, advertise the events on all the server that play e+ so people can see it and be present.

I think terror is right about 3-4 strong clans.... I think one exit of it than make rulle about maximum of players in clan.... will be nice if max will be around 10 players.... This rule will stimulate creation of new clans. And this rule will not allow to all skilled players to gather only in one or two clans. Secong my thing i think we need make a realy good and funcionaly site. With nice web 2.0 disign and intefaces.... Coz site it is a face of product(E+ mod). I think we need write some script for clan rank and 1vs1 rank. This script must be integrated in site. How it can works for examle: Clan leader add the cw report not how we do it now like a post on forum. It must have like a special content.... it must have text forms where lead add results of matcher(maps, scores, some server setting). Than ranking moderatot check this cw and accept it. Script getting this info and automatly colculate the clan rank. The home page i think must show last wars(Freeze, tdm,tournamen) And show some info about active cup or tournaments. Site must be dynamic. I think need make special content for cup and tournaments. Ofc we need fids some photoshop master that he makes nice logos if banners fot cups. Coz it will show in home page. I think if we will do it help to growing up if this comunity. We all can help if will make some adverstinng on other games sites... ofcouse just when we will have nice out face

thats a good point, but how will you let it work, its not nice to kick 1/more players from youre clan so you have 10 players and how must the kicked players feel ? because not likly F2B kicks skull so i can stay @ F2B considering skull is way more skilled then me 
i hope you see my point here...

true for the moment... due to the reasons you mentioned in your first post...
ppl dont want to play if the squad is not full...
or dont want to play if they havent trained daily for last 2 weeks...
try to fuse clans in order to get a new #1 clan... + quitting if it doesnt work out...
etc...
for last months/years I have just been playing like 1 game per 2 weeks... due to disliking the public servers... I'm always looking forward to fw/cw, in order to have some good games with friends against some proper opponent... but now-a-days ppl prefer to not play fw/cws while complaining about shitty and/or empty public servers at the same time... stupid, ofc^^
1 proper game per 1 or 2 weeks is better than daily rotting on a public scenery with random teams of fakenickers. but that might be just me
maybe we are lucky and things change again... you never know for sure

would see "weekly newsflash"
I would write everymonday about passed week, about things like:
- Clan Wars,
- Cups,
- New servers,
- New configs,
- New maps,
- Who left/joined Clan,
- New Clan created/ Old Clan closed,
- And many other random but interesting things related to E+
- and at bottom I would always add something like "lamest of the week"
(this week for example Ascari from DS clan disconnected while losing in
1v1 ranked match
versus Seebz from ZMB ).
IMO u had great idea, I know many things about E+ scene and even if something
doesn't reach my ears/eyes I could always have few helpers who could
gather the info
aswell
But I need some kind of access to create "NEWS" so it would be
visible at MAIN PAGE
