Everything went entirely wrong this time, we need to get this
straight. We had doubts if some Hyp players are eligible to play, this
is why we have asked Hypers if everything is fine regarding the rules.
We did not know if a certain player have passed trial right before the
game, or within the time before the previous TDML round. Prolly if the
player is allowed to play, or not. It was pretty messy before/during the
game (till the game was posted I was sure DM7 was our map, and DM17 was
your pick), and we may have not get each other thoughts correctly I'm
afraid. But still, we can not hide the facts. The fact is you have
picked a player that by the cup rules was obliged to pause round 5. As
the old law says: ignorance of the law does not excuse no one. And I'm
afraid you can not deny that you clearly broke the rule. We can not let
it by, because it might be seen as a complaint of the team which lost
the game. If no one would obey the rules, we would have even bigger mess
over here.

Every clan should have in mind which players can, and which players
can not play. It is not about 'we could have said that he joined months
ago and therefore can play', it is about keeping to the rules and being
fair when it concern others. It is terrible some people just forgot that
there is also a human on the other side of the screen (it is not
pointed on you, it is a general view of how it is), treat others like
you would like to be treated.We were once put in this kind of situation,
when three years ago we have 'lost' third place in TDML because the
other clan were not obeying all the rules, but those which fit them. But
I agree, we as the human beings are capable of making an error, the
difference is to admit that the error was made and try to fix it.

We will not 'press any charges' against you, the game alone has been
played by any means fair, not concerning the issue we did not know
about back then. I only wish that you would admit that you have made an error, show us some good will and keep in mind that we are also human beings with feelings.

I'm sure that most of thinks its not a big deal which does not do any
hard, but I do hope you will remember this as a lesson learned.

In my opinion leaders should pay attention if their player is not allowed to play in a game. Also trial period = not full membership so he isn't a clan member at all. Now, all remains in asp hands, and there should be also new rule added. Leaders take responsibility for their members and should see before cw if their members are allowed to play, otherwise WO for that team.
