Btw. Mircwar; Sweden ratified on 4th February 1952 the European Human-Rights-Convention, so, in this case, there is no difference about the case "insulting" between germany and sweden.

Everybody has a right to intellectual and physical integrity. Also has everybody the right of freedom of speech. Both rights are part of human rights, so, if those rights are going into conflict with each other, the right of integrity is higher. At least my personal oppinion, depends, on what the other has done to you.

Naturally you haven't got anything to do with the Holocaust. Obviously my point with that sentence wasn't to criticize you or other Germans, the point was to illustrate what a bizarre and un-democratic law it is.

Insulting is not, has never been and will never be against any human rights. Holocaust deniers (so called revisionists) might very well have a "crack in the bowl", but the point being is that they have every right to deny whatever they want to. That is democracy. At least in Sweden.

Freedom of speech is the final frontier, the thin line distinguishing us from a dictatorship. Therfore I emphasis it, it's very very important. There is a huge problem with your logic, the insulted can never have a preferential right of interpretation. They can't decide what is supposed to be insultive (=Illegal!) and what is O.K. to think and express, they can't be allowed to set the boundaries for freedom of speech! In a democratic society you have to accept the fact that you can find some opinions insulting. You have every right to express your dislike of that opinion, that's how it works.

At all the haters, please, do what Warnerman had done - he pointed out some exact things he dosen't like, he came up with a suggestion which actually makes some sense, and is polite.

Of course not. I'm just saying - on MOST internet forums, there is NO democracy. There is no discussing with the moderators. You keep to the rules or you're out of the board forever. Short repeat:
- Never explaining hisself
- Running away and insulting others when he is out of arguments
instead of saying "hey, sorry, i was wrong"
- Bad argumentation, searching failure at others, he is never the mistake
- picking out the questions he want to answer and which not in general

Even i dont care really dak-a-rins burst of stupidness. This was to expect, since he changed his attidude 180°, he never was like that when he was in 2!S, in 2!S he was a helpfull guy, always !honest" and mostly very polite. I did not saw anywhere a clear reason why he left 2!S, except his problems with ff, but this cant be the reason, why he started to puke on so many persons. The problem of dak must have to do more with something in his reallife, because here in e+, he was never treated bad without a reason. (if u use nicknames like white-power and horsecum, u cant expect to be treaten nice, and he is smart enough to know that, so, it was provocation with intention, like a punk)
