Place the file m0ve.cfg in your excessiveplus/conf/ folder and in-game write this to your console:
/load conf/m0ve

seems to me or ive said the same thing adn btw u are wrong its m0ve.cfg and u said for a lan game . he have asked for a server how to do it

No "m0ve" is enough, you don't need to type the ".cfg" after it. And you don't need rcon on a skirmish game/listen server.

i am on a LAN server. which i made, i try to /rcon load conf/m0ve.cfg or without .cfg and it tell me that
No rcon password set on the server
so how can i load a conf?

After a while, here is the new and improved version.
- v2.4.30-07-07:
decreased: quad factor (from 4 to 1.5!!)
rebalanced: item placement on tourney3
new: q3dm3 config.
REMOVED: camp protection!

If you want to download the config, I've added a mirror from the Mystery of X website downloads section. Just go there and press Configs to display just the configs available.
Foksie, if you want, add this mirror to your initial post so people can have an alternative
