looking good i dont think i could do spiral stairs that nice
i think the map is not bad but lacks a bit on the details creativity... can you add more detail brushes ?
i think its a bit empty .. it's only my opinion.
i reffer more about how the walls / the floor and the ceil are looking.. check some released maps and look at how the authors made the walls, the floor or the ceil. You did some but hm maybe more ? there is a space for more.
its not bad anyway .

it's not difficult just need to know how to do it:

make couple brushes and cylinder, after copy both brushes lift them and use modify function -> arbitrary rotation, u get window in which u can choose around what axis u want to rotate in degrees. After u made 2-3 steps u can just copy and rotate them all it will economy ur time.
Btw also u can rotate manual (just moving mouse). Select brush(es) and press 'R', after rotating again press 'R'.

This sound doesn't exist in q3. And i think default sound is enough.
