Would be expedient to write here also fov, since it will be clear that sens 3 miscellaneous work on fov 90 and fov 115 for example. As the big role means sensitivity in windows. Therefore is more reasonable to write how many cm in turn on 360 degrees Winking

in windows 7 maybe vista turn off enhance pointer precision in mouse option in control panel to take away acceleration outside the game and in with mouse accel turn off in game also, to have no accel at all. try it you may like.

  • sensitivity 16-17 ; cl_mouseaccel 0.0 ; cg_fov 115; in_mouse 1 (-1 is impossible at high sensitivity)

  • mousepad: Aqua 2 xRay / sens 360 = 2.5 - 3.0 cm / 1024x768

  • mouse: A4 X-748K (optical)
  • DPI setting: 600/800, currently 800 450 dpi
  • m_yaw/m_pitch: 0.022/0.024
  • q3 mouse-realted settings: sensitivity 2.5-3.5, currently 3; cl_mouseaccel 0.01, wanna try some accel though; cg_fov 120
  • additionally: steelseries qck mousepad; 'real' sens ~ 23-25 40 cm per 360 degrees; screen: wide, 1280x800 (16:10)

mouse: microsoft intellimouse explorer 3.0 - 400dpi
mousepad: steelseries qck heavy
ingame sensitivity: 3.5 (i like to raise it up to 5 or 10 sometimes XD)
/cl_mouseaccel: 0
/m_pitch /m_yaw: default
windows sensitivity: default (6/11)
(~28cm/360 degrees)
/cg_fov: 110 (or 100 sometimes)

some other suggestions about mouse stuffs:
NEVER change the windows sensitivity, LEAVE THE DEFAULT VALUE!
if you change it, it screws the mouse axes.
also, uncheck the "Enhance pointer's precision" box into windows' control panel/mouse settings (creates mouse acceleration when it's enabled)

check your mouse axes with the program called "MouMvRec.exe", if everything is fine you should get only EQ and not DIFF, if you get DIFF's, then you have some accel on your mouse or something.
