Well that didn0't take too long, the ip isn't only from same ISP but ut's exactly the same, so my conclusion is he was cheating and as he knew he is banned now he decided to delete all the eveidence, Radar it would be easier to accept you cheated.

On a side note i never meant you did anything wrong Mowly as you were relying on PB as proof I had the idea that there was someone else using that same nick as Radar insisted on a trace to the "Other IP", so I was just trying to clarify this.
