My point is i searched the internett, and nopbot can also be used with 1.32, there are different versions.

Well that didn0't take too long, the ip isn't only from same ISP but ut's exactly the same, so my conclusion is he was cheating and as he knew he is banned now he decided to delete all the eveidence, Radar it would be easier to accept you cheated.

Ok, I saw the demo, and i dont see nothing wrong as u and other ppl saying.
Im played with him in CTF and i dont see nothing wrong, maybe he came better in 3 weeks.

The thing is, ok, mow detect Nopbot, and then ban, he explain that he got the program with it included, i think he dont knew about it, but after mow profs he know, then he delete all files, but after this he still playing exactly, i mean, if he using this tool and then he must delet, he cant still playing as well as he didt in the demo and in 1337w4r3z server, dont u think so? so probably he has this tool because his q3 come with it but he didnt usit.
So i thinks he is telling the truth and the demo is a prof that he is a good player without cheats i mean he playin as good before and after the tool.

Im sure if some one use cheats, he will need it to play good, if dont us it he is nothing.

this is my opinion.

Firstly I think when we are talking about cheating we should always be careful. In the past, some people made some real great mistakes about that.

I just read the post by Trance on this thread and happily noticed how coutious he was about determining if any cheating exists. Even when this time wallhacking is much more suspicious then ever b4, if you know what I mean.

Well by suspicious I mean, it very highly possible to claim cheating in this situation, since I have never seen any player play like that! Not a single one. He only sneaks in corners/door, and does win almost all of those meetings with rival(Drunk, through a very high accuracy. His open field performance sux tho. A very ordinary looking, far from coldblooded player with low-precise at railgun.

People have every rite to be suspicious here!

Besides, he says he had some bot in his q3 dir because he got it from ISO file downloaded. Well, that sounds stupid. Those files spreaded all over via p2p platforms are damn ok, never heard of something like that.

Cheaters make all kinds of excuses when caught like I didn't know it was there, I'm gonna tell this just once again if you don't run the game hook and don't set any cvars pb won't detect the cheat just because it is there, pb only detects that if you run it on purpose.

So many times a lot of cheaters promise not to do it again and claim they didn't know and to be honest that kind of people is not trustworthy, permanent ban seems to be the only solution that way you don't take any chances and keep the comunity safe at least until they find a new way of cheating, because they always do it again and I mean always.

That would be like saying "Hey ive seen this big red button and i pressed it. seems i switched the nuclear warhead on, and 5 million died. But i didnt know what i was doing. Its their fault they were next to the warhead, not mine for pressing the big red button with words "danger" and "dont press, will kill 5 million" next to it."

You know, you could have always checked the directory before playing. Especialy cause you were here for a while and knew what cheating gets done to you.

I am proud of spreading a pirated Excessive Plus version and claim to be the original author, yay!

My quake is direct copy of the folder, so there were no installing but
entering cd-key.

I'll have to announce to you that didn't press the red button.

Yes, I see the file in quake folder. I didn't think there is any problems with
the exe since I'm not using it. Lemon server was the only server to
complain about it. After that I deleted the file.

Everyone here is suspecting that I'm using wallhack. Nopbot is aimbot.
I'm not using any kind of cheats.

After all this.. Yes, I should delete the file instantly.
