its all about old generation / new generation exchange .. Leaders and Co-leaders please try to learn your newmates to playthis game also please change the leadership or add co-leaders from the ppl that are worthy and have leadership abilities! this way you maintain new grounds for when the old guys will for SURE quit e+ !

Maintaining the same skill over the YEARS could be HARD! but maintaining activity and organzation of the clan is BETTER!

Jeff, You didn't take Devast's point. He writes about his(nature's) past periode in here. I also don't understand that guy but well... for me he doesn't count anything since he lost everything in my eyes. Devast has the right to be high irritated by him because there were many arguments between himself and (current)nature. I also don't share any symphatic with him since I saw what he is doing after absolute leaving and since I got realised what he was doing before absolute joining.

That is all about that. But I just wanted to explain to You, Jeff what is the problem of Devast to nature.
