well, site design is taste matter, i totally loved the old design with its hard borders and its decentness.

The site is very clunky and feels disorganized (in some cases organization is senseless); a lot of these changes that were made were not planned out enough. The new site could be promising; however, as it is it looks like an ugly unfinished skeleton with almost-unreasonable load times for the little bit of information that it has to relay. My suggestions (since the beginning) for cosmetics and easiness on the eyes are:
1.) a header logo that spans the width of the page.
Due to the page width being based on percentages (and maxes out at some point) it makes the task a little more awkward to achieve; however, that is easily remedied by making a left header picture, a right header picture and a fill. (you do not need both a left or right, it depends how you wish to design it) This gives the page more color and friendly-appearal (basically, the design does not accommodate the small logo just sitting there, making it look like a 15 year old bald kid, it just stands out all by itself)

2.) The main navigation at the top (at least the main functions) (orange highlight)

3.)Also, I dislike having two side bars. It takes away from room to display information! You can easilly fit it in the header (where the fill is, right side) or also in the main navigation bar. I'd rather shift the page down 10 pixels than decrease the room that the forums, news, etc displays in by 100-200 pixels. So abolishing the left sidebar and placing all that information at the top header, right purple shaded box (where the e+ logo is now) (if the header is planned right, giving enough room) gives the user a lot more reading room. You can also do an extension of the main navigation window by adding another row, etc. Come on, you already have to scroll a lot to read a mere sentence on the page, why would you constrict the room even more?

yeah, something like that is what i had in mind. but still, for cosmetics and to add color to the page there should still be a more colorful header. This isn't a business site, it's a gaming community. right now it looks like we sell tombstones
