Rules:
01. Tournament is railgun only, rr.cfg
02. Gametype is free for all (FFA)
03. Cup is based on knockout style

I'll try to explain it as simple as I can.
15 players (+1 ref) will join server at same time,
When all players will be ready, than g_warmup 60 seconds
and after that the fight begins.
There will be 4 rounds with 4 different maps.
After 1st map finishes (15 minutes) 5 last players will be leaving cup,
so only 10 will remain to play next map/round.
After 2nd map there will be only 6 players left.
After 3rd map there will be 3 players which will now play last map.

So basically cup will be based on knockouts

round 1: players 15 -> minus 5 (map cpm4 -> download)
round 2: players 10 -> minus 4 (map q3dm10)
round 3: players 06 -> minus 3 (map xpvs0 -> download)
round 4: players 03 -> finals (map q3dm17)
