I don't think he misunderstood him, duderino. I think he was just wondering why is he saying he behaves bad.
Which, by the way, even at worst, is better then normal behaviour of many people who never were even placed before the threat of a ban. 
Anyway, Ram man, like i wrote before, things have changed since you were banned. You were banned for a cvar in your config, which by current rules means, you have a yellow card. You can play normally, join a clan, whatever, just watch your step.
