@fala: I don't know, I'm not you, so you'll say, may be you was somehow jealous because of this may be someone from here know about the HiszY Servers? if not, for what did you "joke" (ironically complain) about advertisement? ok, anyways, about the rest, well, that's just your opinion and as you have yours I also mine and there's nothing wrong about it, you wanted to express a negative opinion about the HiszY Servers because a couple of random players made some noise and about the way I admin, it's ok, thanks for your feedback, at HiszY we always have heard and respected everybody's opinions both either possitive or negative, the only thing we ask from people is just to be consequent with them, so now that you already have expressed your opinion and you're absolutely not interested in the HiszY Servers I just ask you please to stop flooding the thread with uncessary messages (as you already have done, thank you). at my side the only thing I have to say is that after you declared to me to be absolutely uninterested in copy our services few months later your name was at a competence's cfg (a cfg that was nothing but a plain clon) and that's not a opinion, that's a fact, and that's what I was talking about.

@Ozy: ok, thanks for the suggestions, yes, the vote kick have been discussed various times, however I'm in the opinion that it's very usefull specially in servers where there's no staff so because someones make a bad ussage of it the rest doesn't have to pay the prize of such bad ussage, there's actually a well know procedure for game abuses, so what I suggest you (to you or to anyone who play at the HiszY Servers and read this) is that if you encounter someone just absurdly abusing the vote kick or anyother one, report it instead. about the cfg, well, on the past when the servers were more close, it was votable, but now that they are so big that's the cfg of the HiszY Servers and basically the people goes there to play that cfg so actually allow cfg votes again it doesn't seem a option, however, I insist thanks for take your time in suggest it.

@OVERDRIVE_TIBERIVS: look, it's very simple, just think about this, imagine that now instead of just be you, it would be everybody, in that case then the servers wouldn't be Rail ONLY as advertised they would effectively be gauntlet only wich is not the point of them so that's why the rule, basically the Servers are intended to be played as they are though and anything outside that that it's being done on purpose is considered a abuse or a missuse of the game and thus is subject of ban, yes, it's ok, don't worry, I understand that you're just having fun, but at the same time please also understand the situation, that's not the point of the servers and it can get really annoying so then please I suggest you to try to play in a more normal fashion.

@lala: yes, I understand, thanks for the suggestions, but as you can see things aren't so easy, sorry. about the rest, yes I apologize if this is not the appropiate place to deal this on this site, but like I said I'm not interested in start with any subforum or anything I just opened this thread to answer to the questions the people around here had because each time I was going to try to I found me unable (like I explained at very begginng of the thread) so since it was aksed here I answered here with the intention that the interested people saw it (as it finally was the case).

after long time.. over year if I remember good I was baned at Your server. Cause was abvoius... so there is no need speak about it.
Anyway... now after changing net provider and my pc I was abble to play Ur freeze wich I must admit, I really enjoyed.
So please tell me why I'm baned again ? is there any specific cause... or just like that. U know that U can't ban me from every pc I'll play right ? it's not fair... normal though.
I'm not causing any problems and I'm not a cheater even.
Man... can't it just be normal ? it was a long time and I think that as an adults we can solve thigs out.

ok, so to put it all together, first your ban has nothing to do with cheating (as you can see do not believe in everything people say about HiszY specially around here), your ban chain was like this:

racism (you created a clan named white*power with the worse people around and you ran the servers if you know what I mean) [Level II] -> you had conflicts with other users [Level III] -> you disrespected me and HiszY [Level V] -> you even left the server threatening me that you was going to start with your own server just to bring HiszY down [Level VII] -> and finally you even contacted me just to continue disrespecting me and HiszY instead of try to settle anything (as you can see) [I just don't know, Level VII+?]

so after all that what do you want? I think it's obvious, you're banned forever here, sorry.

@D3L1GH7***: D3L1GH7***? well, I guess that you're tanaka, no? yes, I remember you, I remember that you were a very good player that "sometimes" didn't play good, played unrealistically good, but it wasn't so clear then I just remembered it and kept it to me until the scenary change when you publically admited to have cheated at least once at the cheater poll here and then I guess that I know where you tried your cheat, no? at that noobish server where no one would find you.

@OVERDRIVE_TIBERIVS: I totally subscribe your arguments but not your forms both are disscussing because you're also giving them arguments (may be try to not talk so outstanding and don't exagerate so much and this goes for HiszY too) so exactly as you say if you don't give a damn just quit with this thing because as you can see it goes nowhere and thanks for your support but this is not the way, just calm down and have fun take it easy
