so if you want to put it in a example, you're wrong, this is like if you're in a party and then some people come with flyers (promo cards) of another unrelated party logically the staff of the party won't get them hanged but will get them removed from the party. and that's all.

regarding the rest, I don't know, I just know that you joined the servers around the beginning of 2010 and you never cared about anything so I don't understand what's the point to complain years after because you encounter a couple of problems, like I said, I'm sorry if it were the case but what you should have done it would have been contacted me and like suggested may be take your time to get into the people however you never cared and the only thing that I know, may be now you don't remember, is that I openly asked you what you was doing there, if you was only there interested in clone our services, and you claimed to me to be absolutely uninterested in clone our services you was only having fun playing (thing that now it looks that it wasn't happening either, so was you lying?) however surprinsgly few months later you were coolaboration with well know HiszY enemies for no other purpose but bring HiszY down so I don't even know what do you want.

@OVERDRIVE_TIBERIVS: hehe the servers are Rail ONLY not gauntlet only so the gauntlet is there only as a enhancement to be used in particular occasions and not to be abused, the point of the servers is not to have a bunch of people running behind you while taunting with the gaunlet like maniacs, it doesn't mean that you're going to be banned rigth now but it would be preferable that you would chose for normal gameplays in oder to avoid problems.

@[MR.]CAMEL: I said what I said and I will not say it again the HiszY Servers does not run any kind of hacked excessiveplus/edawn version (futhermore I'll add that neither nothing related with edawn) and regarding your ban is very simple you virtually never played here then for what reason you needed to scan the servers thousands of times with even hundreds brust each day everyday, one day and the next and the next? normal users will just scan the servers a couple of times and then they will connect or stop so it definitively didn't look right so I concluded with a Level VII ban.

@SHUDDER: well on the line that I'm commenting leave a message on a shoutbox of a foregein place asking for a dress code for a issue that it's more than a year old goes nowhere, if you really wanted to clear up anything then you should have been contacted me at time because you knew how to, ok, anyways, I'm just here to answer to these kind of things and you're not a exception, so from the general guidelines "any kind of attempt to clone the services provided in a way that it's (or may turn) dishonest [Level VII]" so you got a Level VII ban because of make public your morphine-cfg-1-0.

what it may be possible is that randomly suddenly it's detected a extraordinaire rare guy with a extraordinaire performance and that it gets a Level VI ban because like I said it's all about common sense, experience tells that generaly extraordinaire rare things extraordinarily good to be true are just that, false, so if it was the case for some of the people around here I want to publicaly apologize for these errors but also add two things, first what did you was doing with such extraordinaire rare things, I don't know, do you have something to hide because I don't know where you live but where I do people does not go masked, only people who goes masked or that acts extrange are the ones who has something to hide, and second anyways if it was the case it was as simple as contact me and attempt to clear the situation because I think that it's to understand that join a foreign forum and start hating won't help any however that's something that as far I know none of those people did so I don't even get the point
