BFG is essential. I'd ban the LG, rail, etc and the keyboard jumping as in Bro et al. Just have grenades and BFG. Sort of instaBFGib. Would make it harder for cheats too.

If requests like this keep appearing everywhere it will end up being instagauntlet mod or enything else but excessive, Bro cfg already have a weaker BFG than it was in pants.

Bfg is ok as it is. Spam all you want, but a rail user will mostly kill you more than you can kill him.
Also if you remove bfg you will get a camping mod. Everybody will sit in corner and rail, with bfg you can easily flush em out. 
Slower reload would be bad, cause i often use multiple bfg jumps, especialy on tourney4 and tourney3, and i consider that essential to stay alive. So dont touch it
