Remove BFG

BFG every 5 secons that would kill movement and make the game more camper oriented.

nah i like e+ very much.. its just the bfg... osp is osp

maybe in freeze you are doing one bfg jump per year but in 1v1 or ctf it can be 50 bfg jumps in 3 minutes
so what now? next differing of cfgs? not only another switch time on every server? dream off - next plus for campers
