dunno if i am right but it seems u guys do mess up the facts, the rule with strict clan tag was refreshed like 3 weeks ago and according to it i couldn't use my white clan tag like i did few months ago any more
the rule was refreshed right after the CW where turas fakenicked ascari

anyway i do not see anywhere the players are obligated to use unique clan tags, i thought the rule is to use just yours name no matter what colors and style

just to make it clear, we asked MR before cw can we use that tags, they confirmed so we was play with pinky tags. that is it ! And situation about BC and Lucky. Well there, Lucky was say NO on our question about toxic tag.

i also have played in wars with a nickname "animal" and everybody do know its my second nickname, i am sad i can't use it no more
but still referees need to be consequent, so i ask them to classify exactly what is allowed and what not, then use the rules properly
while toxic used on the war his own nickname but without the banana clan tag style, it was more or lees like on the ss where i playing for f2b with white nickname&tag, so i do not know if it is allowed to use nicknames without styles or not
