how much do i need to pay for a ban?

no honestly, you guys are overdoing it a bit, i mean, all what this forum leaks is mods with a lot of knowledge.

because normally stuff is like -> person post a problem, 3-4 people mention all possibilitys, mod comes along and locks if stuff is fixed, if there are still mistakes in the answers, mod fixes it and locks afterwards.

ofc this takes a lot of effort, but basically most forums get more mods which actually splits the work to a minimum with an good amount of mods - its like, none of the mods has to spend time if he doesnt have time without anything going down.

now lets take a look at e+, due to time, we have quite a few admins, but otherwise, we have 1-2 mods for rank, 1-2 active mods for the rest.

and then everybody wonders why stuff doesnt work.

and even more lol is that you guys dont recognise this topics are getting to long for a mod to read them all, even just skim it.

well its looking now alike herd move without thinking. just only emotion getting up of human. one-two guys getting rage and after it some blind alike ppl going ahead with him like a herd. i have the question for all of u, what u did or can do for e+? yes some of u only whine, some ppl too lazy to do something. if to think without any personal hatred about some of admins. then some of u must recognise that they do great job lately. yes some of u can be unhappy coz of some authoritarianism here. but admins/mods do this due to care blessing of e+ ppl. yes some of admins/mods must to be lil more loyally. but how much positive changes become in that 1-1.5 year. which wasnt actually before in the period of existence e+.
the problem in that that couple of ppl cant recognise, how.. how it is? the laggers cant play on cw? oO but look careful now, whats for the games? yes for fun, relax and sometimes for sharp emotions (ofc some can think the different things about it but nvm). so why the couple of ppl must to stress in the situation while in the opponent team is some lagger in which impossible to hit directly? in that case we see that if the opponent team agree to play with that player (if some of loss packets isnt so much important) then they could play the game without any problem. this thing is normal imo, we live in 21 century and its possible to get normal inthernet provider or change it on other.
about the bans and warning.. heh guys and girls u are just only now woke up? in the couple of web-sites this system is going ahead without any problem. just as i can see some retards, getting rage, coz of that fact, they couldnt trolling / spamming anymore.
also as said skull here must be some more active moderators, which are will moderate own section. then the work will be going ahead as on oil

I also explained very detailed, why some people can't get a better connection because of local circumstances. You ignored this also completly.

About bans and warnings, what you tell is also just half true, the most of the people, including me, know exactly why they received a warning als why they received a ban, and have no problem with it. The majority did not complain even once. Again, great observation from your side.

About the raging retarts, you seem to wear the glasses bias. The most who agreed in this thread are not known for raging, even I have normal arguments.

The best times of E+ was arround 2004 - 2006, from 2006 it only became worse (I speak about the human side, not the game side).

Dear invi, in your position i would not write so much, you leave out complete topics in your judgement, you simply read not enough (which is not bad, i wish i could be like that), but you have to less overview to write a summary post, seriously.

My judgement, the quality of this forum on a scale from 1 to 10 is 1. Why? Because this forum is not "moderated". What has a moderator to do? One of the jobs of a moderator for a board is probably to help get discussions started. Probably ask leading questions which are open to discussion and try and answer any other questions. This is completly missing on this board. A moderator also should stimulate conversations, guide folks to different neat things, remind everyone to remain civil and treat each other kindly. This is also something i barely have seen here.

Furthermore, a mod has to talk to the people (barely done, let them propose ideas (done, but not taken serios), tell the people about the running projects (nearly never done), "tell" what rules they have in mind (barely done, just did). Also a mod must be very active on the forum (not really the case).

Our mods tend to act superior, or act sometimes as they would know more than anyone else on this forum. Actually they should be equal to "all" members. If they ban a member, they "must" create an extra topic with valuable reasons (done by mods of the past, nowadays completly ignored). Instead of doing that they wonder, the next days, to have members complain of them because of no valuable reason.

So, DUDE, try to get a overview, before you post trash like this.

I work in one firm backbone providers in Russia at a very high position. We are building a network across the country. In a very, very small towns, we have 1-2 concurrency. And this despite the fact that the Internet in Russia is lower than in Europe ...

Tell me where people have problems with the Internet and I to them personally decide.

BTW. U also have said people know for what they got banned and for what they have get warned. If they know it why every onlooker demands an explenation?
