E+ is generally to fast for stable headshots.

Yeah, and you die from one shot anyway, so what's the point?

you would need to run q3 on below 320 ups for good headshots while sametime animations of player models is contraproductive for making headshots.

f1 only for comunicate to player about headshot. f2 for incrase or decrase damage when you shot in other part of body.
also f1 for 'headhunter' avatar it would be funny

what about an option just to say how much health and armor the player that killed you had.
headshot should be a challenge for most skilled players especially in 1 vs 1 (also tdm and ffa) , in my opinion is usefull and funny
