i think u cant make someone stay in a clan that doesnt want anymore...he wont play for the clan so he will be inactive and then the whole clan will be inactive and u cant kick them edit: maybe a good ideea with fair play at cups would be if the person who arrives in the clan cant play at the next cups for example if he joined today and the cup starts tomorow(any cup) he wont be able to play at it(not just first round) only next time the cup is up(next year) bcuz i saw clan(
take ppl from places we didnt heard about them( at least me) and at the next round he is able to play, i dont think its fair... how about i take dunno who from dunno what comunity, maybe he is a dick driven person and i show my boobs on cam and he is in my clan, and he is the best from that comunity 
and i win the cup, would be this fair?(sorry for the example, is kinky but u get the point) ty

yep and ppl will change clans like now so clanhopping war -better be IA for clan [mby she/he will change her/his mind and start playing again] u can kick IA ppl -during transfer window.

I think something like this was already discussed before and because of the small overall player base it would only damage/restrict what we have as a competitive clan system.

whats wrong with the cup rules we have now ?
imo inactive or troubled clans shouldnt sign in anyway, they are messing it up for those who are active, and if someone wants to switch clans and he can let him do it, he has to wait 1 round anyway....
F2 for this because you cant force people to stay where they dont wanna stay not to forget that this is A GAME !

you can create some rules for borrowing for example, in months or weeks.

transfer window like in football. ppl can change clan or join into new clan only during transfer window time. So if u are in one clan for example [mr.] and u want join to extreme in march but next transfer window is in may or september u cant :] that can prevent clanhoppers and make cups and leagues more fair :]
