Movies can help too. As long as it's a movie you aren't going to get "too involved" in before you go to bed. Watch someting you have seen before, as background noise.
So, Tina? No sleep today either??? erm, that's not too good. You will eventually crash out for a long time. If you aren't sleeping well, eventually your body will make you sleep on it's own.
Do you go through phases with not being able to sleep? or is it pretty much all the time?
