I agree with the Island and Charlize... Beer is good, but not as a sleep aid. Unless, you want to feel like hell everyday when you wake up. It does help you fall asleep though.... I will give it that.

Yes sober up and drink lots o' water. Take a tylenol, when all the booze has worn off as well, before going to bed.
Key, is sobering up before sleeping.

beer is the best, its cheap, tasty and has a great kick. ive never ever had a hang over from beer - generally i dont get hangovers i usually throw it all up the same night usually from white wine. red wine rawks
