Based on the foregoing, several rules were broken.
Plus ranking rule #15:

As far as referee was doing his job as he used to, Vendetta wasn't listening to his legitimate solutions and broke existing rule.
There is following penalties according to the warning/bans system.
Vendetta
Status: Yellow card
Duration: 6 monthes.
Reason: usual plus ranking rules violation. (#15)
Dranzer
Status: Red card + yellow card afterwards
Duration: 1 month for red card, permanent for yellow card.
Reason: systematic plus ranking rules violation (including flaming and insulting) (#15)
About WO:
Following plus ranking rule #13:

13. WO is not considered as ranked match, due to no match played.
This game can't be ranked, but in next future this rule may be changed to prevent such situations.
