Het betekend dat de master.server down is, maar je kunt WEL nog online spelen 
translate:
It means that the master.server down is, but you still CAN play online.

Het komt omdat de master.server onder aanval is met ddos attack ofiets, maar als alles verholpen is komt hij weer terug online.

Oke maar bij 1.16n is hetzelfde? want daar vind ik ook al geen servers meer.

By still using Multiplayer , just open concol and type
eg: /connect ! FTAG ERA RAIL Locked Server
Only the master server list aint showing
