i cant control this cause q3 isn't installed for now.

What you mean by saying you can't control alt+enter now? Try to do the following binds, by pressing O you minimize q3 window and by pressing P you return to fullscreen mode:
\bind o "r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart"
\bind p "r_fullscreen 1; vid_restart"Xtermy also has written something interesting but I can't understand a single thing out of it
Have you tried bringing up the console first then do ALT+ENTER or ALT+TAB or CTRL+ALT+TAB?

its a script to use 1 key instead of two, so the function changes from maximize/minimize each time you press it. just choose which key you wanna use (his example uses pause as u see at the last line, just replace that if you want). suppose you can also use another r_mode than 6 for when its minimized, whatever you want for your size screen.
paste it in your autoexec or whatever cfg u use and you're set.
i can explain in full how that works on skype if you're interested (it can be powerful, but also make your cfg bloated (exceed the size limit) if u use too many

Well, for me alt+enter was always working, the problem isn't mine but someone else, I am fixing that for someone.
Still, the answer is no, alt+enter isn't working for her. We tried everything, nothing's working but the alternative of binding/scripting above is doing just great. Do the same
