Agree, but is The joy of E+, can be trimmed as well all needed stuff. But is matter of taste who like and what like. Real problem is that people wich have some group od skils, they loby for that cfg, and call people campers, spamers or else. Bu I thing that we have problem now. We have alot diferent cfgs. IMO will be nice to have default one, wich is well balanced for majority of people.

Gid. I dont mind people holding a spot for a while and moving slowly around (Well, I do mind, I think it is boring to play against but well, things are the way they are).
You on the other hand I have found spawncamping many many times and that is pretty lame IMO. Never said anything about it on servers though..

you are allowed to time your respawn man. Thats a another level in outsmarting the enemy (respawning when he doesnt expect it)

well i dont think your arguments really show anything bad in 1v1.
In real world fight nobody do spam and on that way disclosure his position, hunted - killed.
this is not real world, it is a game, with its own rules. dont tell me you play minesweeper the real world way (ie, you know there are mines, so you dont click anything)
I like slow weapon recharge and weapon switch.
the camping config. the slower recharge and switch, the more camp. try playing m0ve with old bro cfg (switch 200). impossible. all you can do is stand on one place and shoot with rail. no point in using anything else.
IMO my config what I like is slower weapon switching
camp setting, because you cant play within the speed of bfg slides. you make a jump, and you die, because you cant switch to rail and kill the enemy.

camp setting, because you cannot distract a camper, you are at his "i aim at this locatin" mercy.
I am for fast moving (multyjumps, BFG trick jumps), instantly killing with railgun.

Camping = smart playing.
its what your brain tells you to do. you know enemy is comming, you ambush him.
camp players = smart players. they use their brain, and they try to outsmart the enemy. thats why they fail vs m0ve players. because....
m0ving = intuitive playing.
its what your heart tells you. you dont think, you just feel the game. you make much faster decisions because you do not think them over. you just do them. you hear the enemy? you jump right next to him and try to take him out. how can a camp player predict what you do, if you dont know it yourself until 0.1 second before you do it?
m0ve players = intuitive players. they use their reflexes and developed sense of the surroundings to play. they dont think that much, instead they act. thats what makes playing vs them in 1v1 so hard.
and if you want the real life example of both, check football.
camp = greece in the last championship. winning by playing smart and effective.
move = all great improvisers: ronaldinho, zidane... they feel the football.
anywhay, that is my definition of camp, and of move.

Pfff. There is MUCH more camping in E+ than in slower switch mods like OSP, CPMA, RA3 and it has nothing to do with the switchtimes. It is the fast paced moving and the multijumps. If you can move around the map in a couple of seconds why move, some BFG spamming m0ver will fly by soon enough anyway. Slower games means you have to seek enemies. And there is more camping now in E+ than it was in the beginning (when the switchtime was slower, not that that had anything to do with it).
It is kinda funny really. Nowadays in TDM or other teambased gametypes you are no longer spamming/camping the entrances only, you are also spamming/camping the landing points of the most common bfg jumps, like the corners in Quadroom on dm7.
The new weaponswitch is kinda fun sure but it has became a game where weaponswitch skills is as important as aim which seems kinda weird to me. I even overheard a discussion on a server where some players where discussing some other players "mad switchskillz" and "he is the fastest switcher in this mod" omg what is that about?

I'd like to add one more reason to why there is more camping in E+. Fast moving and multijumps are 2 reasons. Instakill rail is also a reason. If you can get instakilled as soon as you stick your head out then maybe its safer to keep your head still

pfff. in regular q3 you have to move because otherwise you wont control the map. not because its slower switch. if you dont move, next time you see the enemy he will have all the weapons, 200 health, 200 armor, and you will have machinegun. thats why theres not so much camping.

hm are we playing the same game? reswitching is just a way n00bs try to simulate skill. and it doesnt work. i never seen it work, except vs another n00b. fireing 10 times more shots doesnt mean you HIT more.
