yes i fully read your post. and then i fully disagreed with it. Mostly because all my claims in my posts are connected to 1v1. The only gametype where m0ve dominates. and none of your claims work there.

wich is btw a gametype you never played, and constantly refuse to play.

you werent arround when 1.03 just came out and there was a lot of config switchtime arround. back when r0 had 200 switch. i was.

it was camporama, and move players couldnt do shit. you made a bfg slide, by the time your weapon switched to rail, you were dead. about that time 1v1 servers were mostly empty or loaded with n00bs camping in one corner, and some oldtimers were thinking about either leaving e+ or switching back to 1.02b.

game was a crawl.

then mow and nh both changed it to 100, and as soon as people adopted, everything was back to normal. cause 100 is closest to old 1.02b feel of gaming. mow recently switched it to 90, i personaly find it a bit too spammy, but its still very nice to play on.

but the main problem here is: you think that when someone tells that you are a camper, that he is insulting you.
that, somehow, camper as a word is an insult.

sure n00bs use it as an insult all the time. but the same kids use "mover" "drt noob" "jumper" "slider" etc as insults. hell they will insult you when you win no matter how you do it.

the fact you belive them that your gameplay is wrong, means you have very low selfasteem. you should work on that. really.

if you cant ignore when someone changes his name to "gizdacamperwhore" then you have problems, and you should work on getting rid of them.

no, not everybody would enjoy the game more if they all moved arround. camp is about control, and some people enjoy it. camp is about outsmarting people. some people enjoy that. obviosuly some people will never start moving, because they hate leaving so much to chance.

and q3 would be very boring if we all played the same game.

FFS let's make some criteria to whether somebody is a camper or not... :roll:

Oooh, and am I a camper if I try to look into a room before entering it? And then if I do a bfg slide and some rocket jumps off walls am I a slider or smth?
I have a feeling that these "names" were made by ppl who just need to feel better when they lose, and tell somebody that even if he/she won he's a ub3|2 /|/00B cuz he's a mofo and a camper.

Everybody is allowed an opinion, I have mine and I tend to spread it around more than absolutelly necessary but at least I keep it as opinions, not facts.. sheesh..

I consider Gidza a camper, I base that on the fact that I have seen him camp spawns on dm6 (Crouching just behind campspot spamming) moving away just before anticamp protection gets him. I consider that camping and lame and I dont really care if others dont agree. It is my opinion and if you dont agree fine. You are not going to see me say "Gidza IS a camper because spawncamping IS lame and that is a fact"

you compared baseq3 with e+. completely different cases. with, btw, completely different way of switching weapons.

why different cases? cause in one you respawn with everything. no motivation to move arround to earn more strenght.
in other you respawn with nothing. high motivation to move arround and gather stuff.

its not a new thing for me. and i understand you will never accept it, cause you never played with different switch.

he did, by asking everyone what camp is, to define it. i gave him my definition. then he asks me again for my definiton. read posts.
