try it yourself jeff 
iam not pretty sure atm, but whe file is added to md5tool then is detecting by file checksum. cannot be easy duplicated. rename doesnt gives anything.

And that happen at server of one from RANK MODS. They should protect us from cheaters, but they by their stupidity invite cheaters here.
Next proof about incompetent od RANK MODS. Personaly i would unrank all games played there from that time, and gives you yellow xD cuz you supported by that Cheaters. In my personal oppinion, RANK MODS should have some basic knowledge about cheats. ATM i do not know that there is (in RM) anybody with it.

u can say THX, cuz from that day CAMEL updated your server, to prevent cheating at this serever.
maybe its reason why your or others clans went down and stopt playing so much?

I don't believe it's possible to be that bonehead.
Personally, you would never unrank played games on jumpsland (over 100+? 200+? 300+? games?), because you would never become rank moderator (looking on your mental abilities), and even if such incredible event has been occurred, second moderator wouldn't let you do that, not speaking about community, which would make you ragequit from that role within 1 hour after making that decision.
As I already told you in PM, there was absolutely nothing wrong with pbsv.cfg, it's good as it is, even if you make it empty, PB would still ban you for using any kind of cheats that could be detected by PB.
But there is different question to you, why again you surronded somehow with cheaters? Why do cheater turning on wallhack, makes few screens confirming it (including screen with pb_cvarlist), creating annonimous e-mail, finds your email and sends it to you? I don't believe some LIGASTAEV using wallhack, then doing screen of it and send to absolutely random player from this mod. Definetly you know theese 3 players, and maybe they are even from your clan.
Another question is why AGAIN you were silent? Right when you recieved screenshots? Why didn't you post it in the cheater report topic? Why do you sent it to me only when you tryed to accuse me in something after 10(!) monthes after screen has been done? It's very intersting. Give us a screenshot of your mail with this message. And don't say you deleted it.

I know your Russian and i dont wanna accuse you of having a vodka washed brain... but you really dont understand that a screenshot does not show us the cheat as we dont know the action what happend before the screenshot was taken + both players are standing still seen on chatballoon from player on pillars + anti-camp from accused player. WHERE THE FUCK DOES THIS SCREENSHOT SHOWS US HE IS HAVING AN ACTIVE WH ??? sry for capslock
