Clans that play newgods.cfg?
Actually it can also be ranked in e5 as well.
Currently 2 configs can be played in both rankings, NWC.cfg and that Mows cfg i forgot the name, which was e5 bro mix.
I can add Newgods as well to the list, if clans want to give it a go.

how u can say its rankable for e5 when it have multijumps like plus 
and its similar to x-nature config which was just for public playing

If e5 clans want to play it, why stop them? Nobody forces you to play it, its not like a mandatory official config 
and yeah, x-nature is the name of the config that can be played by both rankings (plus and e5), besides NWC.

No, you still cannot play it with plus clans.
Only against other e5 clans.
There can be no mixing of clan wars from excessive and plus ranking, unless a clan enters that ranking (like KoD did a while ago).
In order for a clan to enter the other ranking, it cannot contain any members that play in another clan in that ranking.
