Arrow WO Thinking:
WO = Walking out, means taht CW was started and one clan left CW. In your case CW dont started at all. So, posting in Rank tread is pointless. Please, that have to be solved between clan leaders. That stuff should be solved privately, not on forum. In case that oposite clan leader several times make CW unplayable then is good to be posted so other clans then know that their unserious clan. But even in that case post should be maked on their public forum or yourse. In cas that you or their dont have it post should be maked in "Clan Base" group - "Teams and Clans". Now this tred should be deleted because why I wrote up, but will be moved where it belongs. In future I will simply delete tread like this.
