at first i thought it was good idea, but my opinion changed and now i believe different for this simple reason . . .

as a server owner, if someone came to my server and i made up my mind that they were not playing on my serevr anymore (for whatever reason) and i banned them and then they went to a jury and they jury decided that they should be allowed to play on my server - what faith would that give me in the jury? - i think we have this kind of system running in the background of the community right now - it is kinda underground and is not run by a select few but by the majority who express an opinion.
what we need is for people to remember that we all have a voice and we are all equaly important and we should all be encouraged to speak out against wrong doings.

but i thought this was to be more of a court system as a democracy wouldnt work here as it takes days to get decisions and sometimes people are inactive

Well the poll is clear and peeps don't like the idea,a t least for those who voted that represent a very small ammount of E+ players.
