he was baned on r0 servers but not on the rest, u make the verdict as the owner of r0 servers but almoust nobody folow u form couple of weeks

in obvious things no judgmet are needet, just a smart log put incase somebody will come to forum to bitching about, u r only one person who will make decysion, and what decysion u will make in case, xeno, ozzy

in that cases verdict of council will help to kep order

some ppl teling that giving to much power to not to meny ppl "council" around 10 ppl can make disasters, well compare it to sytuation now on what only one person make decysion....

ehem moust walhacks are pk3 files, so enabling pb will not detect them
