well the council system sounds good to me, not only cause i was nominated but because its fair, 8 admin players (or more) fom various clans putting evidence together and discussing a reasonable punishment, we could also have a jury where we poll the evidence or select a few random members and ask their opinion too.

of course hq is right, we would need support of all or main server owners and maybe include them in the system.

but this isnt a time for rebelious freedom!! shouts or i hate government shouts, infact no one here really hates it, or they would probably have fallen ill and had no hospital to cure them otherwise, corruption of governments is what people hate, but i think if this community stood up and had a council it would be a big fu to cheaers and assholes and i think if even the slightest bit of corruption crept in it would be solved, remember corruption starts at one powerful mans mind, not 8 men discussing one person.

overall i think this is at least worth a test, if it is just a game then why whine that this is a bad idea and instead let it run a while and see if it improves our great community?

Gunner aparently keeps comming back ...he is just too thickheaded
to understand that we dont want him here and that he is gonna get blocked everytime.
We dont want to exclude all ip-addresses from forum...so whenever he pops up here it's because he found a new proxy or got a new isp or used an internet cafe or whatever.

But he will be blocked on every obvious attempt.

The judges council IS a fresh idea.....its got a god damn (not intentional ) awful name, but the idea is on the right track.

the only couse hes still playing is that he changes ISP, or has dynIP, and even forming judges council cant do anything bout it [well maybe> visit him with baseballl bat ]

I think my judgements [as server owner] are fair, coz they are always followed by proofs!
-if mofo cheated i got pb screenshot
-if mofo flamed, wasnt nice to ppl i got server log
-easy, if mofo didnt follow server rules, hes banned

bout that wallhack acussations - i SAID enable PB and thats the best judge, for me opinion like "omg, u cheat" not followed by proofs are just newb excusses, coz some1 is playing better

My conclusion is: like parasite said in few posts ago its just a game, dont spoil the fun its just a simple FPS leave it as it IS :}
