as i said my problem was exactly like you explain. My hosting server provider re upload the files for me and its working fine now.
im talking about the .so file.

I want to DISABLE hit sounds, not to change hit sound type.
xp_oldHitSound just change hit sound type.
p.s. try xp_oldHitSound -1
