Excessiveplus Mapping Project !
nice ok, something else first, I thought about this but I'm not sure if it could work:
should we try to include items like: teleport, red armor, quad, regeneration, invisibility more than before? because this could bring in e+ a new kind of style I think, it's more like in standard quake, u can get weapons etc. to have an advantage! and perhaps put them in places so u have to make a special bfg jump to get it
also we could ask experienced players what they think are the most useful items for 1on1,..
and we could make special maps, optimized for plus and for e5 , e.g. with multijump in dm17 u can't fall to death so much like with e5
I have a pk3 made by oldvamp and I called xp_mappack containing many textures and some teleport, doors, jumpers... and we ca add some stuff in.
but lets just first have an idea of map, then we move to the next step.
((normally I have many ideas, but now I'm busy enough to think on that ))

Yep, I liked the map. Especially the dark places where the light goes on, goes off. Right now I'm also working on a map, I'm building the first room.
and btw, i compiled my first room, and when I was going to test it, the sky was white and floor was black, you couldn't see where you went and when you shot, the flame from the gun didn't disappear and weird things happened.
Someone that can help me?

Yep, I've looked at it and tried different things, but I haven't used it now. I'm just making the room, floor walls, bridges and that stuff now without textures so I don't need it right now.
But what did you do to get rid of that?

to answer ur question I need more details. So, there are my suppositions:
- u haven't any light entity, right ? If so, place at least one into the room
- if there are no textures at all, that could be a problem so place some standard ones, or.. get the xp_mappack.
here is an example of what contains the mappack :
