You ppls make fight of nothing...

They was popular before few years, always full and so, but today if you look, there is many other servers that does have port changes bit different then officials because easy didn't make them appear always on top of in game so no ppls that use in game browser...

If you look servers i run & rent they are always full because they are always there on top of in game browser...

We had a server restructuring in last days of december. :roll:
But the EN/pGv server is still online and will remain online...
We already thought about naming it to something like "Excessive CTF Extreme"... but then thought the actual name is more known...
cfg there can be changed by vote but is e5 at start of the day.

Odin and I actually have 1 server we could use as new public freeze if there is enough interest.

You know guys, nobody has actually thought of the fact that only us, who play on public servers think this is the death of e5.

There are a few clans that are quite active on e5 and only play clanwars without seeing its members play on public severs. Some of them train on private servers, some on other mods, but there are certainly others who don't use public servers too much. This is the effect of the fact that e5 has moved towards competition more and people use to play more and more clanwars and less in public servers.

I was always a big fan of TAG server and seeing it die made me too think that this is the end, but there are still enough quality servers left for both e5r and e6 lovers. They cover ALMOST all gametypes except TAG and 1on1 BFG-only. If secret and EN can get a TAG server up and running maybe >< will rent a server for BFG only.

However, I would like to ask for permission to name it BF6 station so people who used to play on the old one come and play on the new one. I'm not 100% we have the resources to do this, but I'm pretty confident we will get past this and we will have some great servers online soon.

And as a reply to those who consider these server just a way of promoting the mod by the creators, guess what official means
Definiton: "having official authority or sanction". So, basically, this would still be the official forum for the mod, even if there were a bigger forum with a lot more members.

If the support for the server will be discontinued e5 will lose the 'official config' status because this was the only link between them.
