Well, it's difficult to say what he said, the easiest thing is if he just could say what he meant.. but:

"Hva" = What
"mening" = meaning (he meant "mener", so it'll be mean)
du = you
hermed = herewith, with this
bod = ??? THAT one doesn't make any sense.. "booth, stall"

I could guess he meant something familiar to "What do you mean with this?"
