well, u can specify weapon settings in e+, it isnt possible to play the same in 1.30 as in 1.32 e+?

Yeah i know , they are totaly different (setups)
but easy enough to switch versions then upload E+
1.30 beryllium was a very simple mod , a lot more complexed is E+

ctf , tdm , ffa and dm17 rail only
at the mo it would really be hard to say
dont want to start a server that no one will play , not much point really
rail servers seem to very popular on E+ , but dont see the point having 2 of them , bit of fast bfg sounds like FUN , but dont think it would go down 2 well to tell you the truth
