because hiszy are noobs servers and as soon as you get rail accuracy higher than 10% u get ban for suspected hacks...more serious answer you cant get here on e+ ...

let me guess, u had a killstreak of 5? sry, but actually nobody on a normal skilllevel takes hiszy servers here for serious. hiszy server does not even use the actual e+-mod. u might try banana-servers instead, they won't ban u for a killstreak > 5.

at first hiszy is not excessive server this is another mod Happy so if you want why, ask admin hiszy Warrior.
