Oh, just recognized, he is not using E+ anymore as base for his servers. Meanwhile he is using Edawn. Edawn was built on "stolen" E+ code, stolen by nihil while he hacked Excessiveplus.net, taken over by foksieloy and modified.
1 reason more to dislike hiszy servers. Using an illegal created mod.

i agree with nix lets leave it .. we can discuss this topic till the end of days ... (not 2012) plus its not worth to get angry from different opinions on this matter.

I'll try to talk to the guy, because what I read here as defendant's reasoning is far more ridiculous then wrong judgement on cheat suspects that we started with.
Tbh I thought that warrior has trusted smo with killer's (RIP) judgement skill on cheaters.

True, i posted something wrong about using edawn, i just did read epsi's links, dunno if they have something to do with hiszy servers.

This one does not use edawn, so i reject from the above post, since it is wrong, still fact hiszy as even a worse reputation in here than the german servers while they were hosted by a cheater.

I'm used to play there mostly when beer is empty or full, and I must say I have never been banned, OK several times kicked (players can callvote to kick someone, you may be kicked at every time) but never banned.
When I play on Hiszy my acc is around 40-50 and kills are above 60. Not that bad but still not banned. Yes it's true I play under my true nickname (as everywhere), but players there have never heard about me and don't know what Mr is. Even if 99% of them are convinced I cheat, and I m sure they have already talked to admin about it, I'm still able to join this server. I guess admin does not want me to be banned (yet), so it has nothing to do with stats. And I'm glad with that because this server is good too practice rail [better than any other one (except era dm17) and better than vs bots, imo ofc] even with a high amount of morons. But if one day I am banned, I won't ask here for help but directly the concerned people (admin). Reading previous posts I guess it will happen sooner or later though. But until then, selfishly, I am going to continue to pop up there from time to time as long as I can, I just need /mute power.

Ok, it's been asked to recall the situation.
Now i gotta give my pov, because i never played on hiszy servers yet.
hiszy servers use a modified ripped version of e+ to begin with, he cracked it so he has extras and removed the heartbeap to e+ spider.
Therefor, his servers are excluded from e+ homepage, while he could also be part of this community, as far as I seen he never tried. He could even be a dev around here now, who knows? I personally know nothing about warrior and never dealt with him (except maybe railing him elsewhere if he joins other e+ servers? ).
About the config issue with freezemania, well, who doesn't want to share shouldn't wonder about replicas, or modified version for better gameplay (as for example bananarail with its unique gamestyle).
About edawn:
As far as I know, foksie even asked for being dev/source code so they can improve it after 3? years of nothing.
How they got the code, well, ask them for an official statement, however if you compare both codes you wouldn't find so many similarities, more like - recoding would have been faster then to steal the code.
So foks tried to support but was disallowed to, remember, if you don't share, don't wonder about replicas.
and most funny of all, thx to edawn we have updates in E+ again, because as soon as a playable edawn version was announced there was out of sudden an E+ update, random? Meanwhile we have other coders and Easy is gone again, he won't even fix the modelscale.
