I used paint shop pro 9 to resize it
I adjusted the contrast darker so it would show up better small, then resized it with the "smart size" resample setting in the resize diaolg

this logo isnt original. its nice q3a logo but it isnt clan logo. you can see this nice graphical work on a lot of places on internet.
