wouldn't be better to organize a new vote ? hq was clearly leading the poll, maybe he should have thought more before applying but i guess all those ppl that voted for him probably want someone else that is not on your list.

yes, will be good to open the poll again, and pl like me who voted for hq can vote for one of the others guys.

What if we introduce the drop into the ocean?

We won't re-open the voting. Apache takes hq's place and we will conduct the final interviews with the up-mentioned 3 candidates.
