mouse + USB 2.0 now = noob??

hey

my mouse run on an usb 1.0 port now for the last years. after i had to install windows i updated to USB 2.0 (or something). now i got my old cfg with sens and all that funny stuff BUT i totally cant hit anything. seems that my mouse reaction is much faster since i played like one and a half week ago. mainly it feels like ive got a huge lag (even ping 70 to 80 is shown like allways) totally strange thing it is.

is it maybe possible that it came up with that new "USB situation"?
