If i join a server via Q3 or HLSW i have no problems, if i join through E+spider just mouse 1-3 works, mouse 4, 5, 6 and 7 do not work.
anyone with similiar case? solutions?

Perhaps you have some special config for gaming in your mouse drivers, and the drivers dont detect q3 when you connect that way?

i had diamondback almost 3 years. I can recommend you to dont use razer drivers or bind all additional buttons to "free" keys on keyboard. For example O is key which i dont use in quake do i can bind in drivers one button to O key on keyboard 
This allow you to use all butons in all games

like i said, i can use all buttons in game, just not when i use spider

i found this annoying that i couldnt bind mouse4-7 etc... so i used my razer control panel to bind a mouse button to a keyboard one and then change my config to reflect the changes.

well, i changed nothing, just replaced my copperhead with a diamondback, since store had no copperhead anymore.
