But the problem actually, is some ppl from mod and admins don't wanna act and stop those trolls/spammers. They are tolerant with them or ignore. But they shouldn't ignore their responsabilities.

I once tried to stop them but mods don't have power to ban and got stopped instead of trolls.

Add to it, admins are invisible around so I consider them inactive.
